• Tuesday, March 11, 2025: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday, March 12, 2025: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday, March 13, 2025: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

There Will Be No Extra Countywide Screenings in June

Requirements:

• You must be a Beaufort County resident
• Your child must be four years old on or before 08/31/2025

Bring The Following To The Appointment:

• Pre-K aged child
• 2 proofs of residency - one must be a utility bill, and the second may be a rental/mortgage agreement, a lease, or a property tax statement
• The Child's immunization records
• The Child's certified birth certificate (not the mother's copy)
• Proof of household income - this includes step-parents' income as well as child support (1 month's worth)
